Briefs and thongs - order by hip size as that's where the item will sit

These items are cut for a snug fit, so do bear that in  mind. For example to fit a size 10, briefs will be 34" exactly.
If unsure, order two sizes (black only) and return one for a credit note.

Bras:
We make our bras in band sizes 30-44 and cup sizes A-J.

A-D cups modelled on Agent Provocateur fit; D-J on Curvy Kate.

Suspender belts: order by waist or where you want them to sit on your body

Plain Black Leather Orders (Standard Sizes Only)
Every single piece we make is handcrafted to order—we do not hold a warehouse of pre-made stock. However, if your plain black, standard-sized item doesn't fit, we will happily accommodate a size swap.

• The Remake: We will hand-make you a replacement size entirely free of charge, or issue a full studio credit note if you prefer.
• Keep It Straightforward: The free remake applies strictly to a straight size swap (e.g., swapping a standard Medium for a standard Large). You cannot add custom measurements, design alterations, or "Special Instructions" to a remake. Any alteration to the pattern itself automatically classifies the piece as personalized.
• Postage: You are responsible for the postage costs to return the original item to our studio, as well as the shipping fees for the new remake.

Coloured, White, & Personalised Items (Strictly Final Sale)

• No Returns or Remakes: All white, coloured, or black perforated leather underwear items are strictly Final Sale.
• Personalised Orders: If you filled out the Special Instructions box at checkout or emailed us custom sizing/design requests on your original order, your item is classified as personalized and is completely ineligible for a return or remake.

Strict Hygiene Regulations for Intimate Wear
Due to the intimate nature of these garments, we enforce a zero-tolerance hygiene policy to protect our workshop:

• Fit Checks: You must wear clean undergarments underneath the piece when trying it on for size.
• Condition: To qualify for a plain black remake, the returned item must be completely unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and entirely free of bodily fluids, stains, marks, cosmetic marks, perfumes, or odours.
• Refusal Rights: If an item arrives at our studio failing any of these standards, the remake will be cancelled, no credit will be issued, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

International Returns (Outside the UK)
You are fully responsible for all return shipping and outward postage costs. The package must be clearly labeled: "UK RETURN — GOODS RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER" with a declared commercial value of exactly £5. Incorrectly labeled packages will be rejected at the UK border and returned to you by the courier.
