Returns Policy

If you order an in-stock ready-to-send item (black sizes UK 8-18) and it doesn't fit, send it back for a full refund—no hassle.

For made-to-order black items (sizes outside UK 8-18) that don’t fit, they qualify for a size exchange remake or credit note. No returns on coloured items.

Guidelines for Returning Bottoms:

1. Wear something underneath when trying on for size.
2. Bottoms must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of stains or odours.
3. If these standards aren’t met, we’ll refuse the return.
