This classic knee-length pencil skirt is engineered from the finest Italian, chrome-tanned lambskin for a silhouette that is as sharp as it is supple. Designed to transition seamlessly from professional environments to evening events, it offers a second-skin fit with daylong comfort.
The Engineering:
- Precision Cut: Tailored to map the transition from waist to hip with absolute clarity.
- Refined Hardware: Features an invisible back zip and a reinforced dark press-stud closure at the waist. We have specifically engineered this with press-studs to ensure a secure, fail-safe fastening that outlasts traditional hooks and eyes.
- Movement: A classic 6-inch (15cm) rear vent ensures ease of movement while maintaining the crisp pencil silhouette.
- Standard Length: 23 inches (59cm). Should you require a custom length, add additional inches here.
Tailoring options
Choose one of the following three options for your skirt. The product price shown is for standard sizing. If you need Made-to-Measure or Bespoke, add the corresponding fitting service to your basket as well as the skirt; the fitting supplement is added to the standard garment price.
Either pay in full or pay a £150 deposit with balance due before we send. (Deposit method is our preferred way)
Standard sizing — standard garment price, no fitting supplement: Handcrafted to our standard sizing ratios. Choose your size from the options above.
Made-to-Measure — standard garment price +£100 GBP / +$130 USD per item: Recommended for this skirt if you would like a personalised fit. We draft a personal pattern based on your specific waist and hip measurements. No trial fitting is included. Add Made-to-Measure.
Bespoke — standard garment price +£200 GBP / +$260 USD per item: A personal pattern with cotton toile fittings sent to your home, so we can agree the fit with you before cutting your leather. While available, most clients find our Made-to-Measure service provides a perfect result for this specific garment. Add Bespoke.

To make this as a made to measure or bespoke item, we will need the following:
1. Your waist measurement.
2. Your high hips at 3" below your waistline.
3. Your hips at 5" below your waistline.
4. Your hips at their fullest point.
5. How far down from the waist is this?
6. What width around the bottom hem?

Briefs and thongs - order by hip size as that's where the item will sit
These items are cut for a snug fit, so do bear that in mind. For example to fit a size 10, briefs will be 34" exactly.
If unsure, order two sizes (black only) and return one for a credit note.
Bras:
We make our bras in band sizes 30-44 and cup sizes A-J.
A-D cups modelled on Agent Provocateur fit; D-J on Curvy Kate.

If lined, then, we use premium Bemberg cupro taffeta, our first choice for leather garments. We previously used silk, but found it did not last the lifetime of the leather. We chose Bemberg cupro, a premium tailoring lining and the finest choice for our leather garments, for its lasting durability: a lining designed to stay with the garment throughout its life.
Smooth against skin and base layers, it helps reduce friction, bunching and drag. Breathable and moisture-managing, it offers comfort with reduced static cling and quiet movement without rustle. Its fine, stable taffeta weave adds very little bulk, making it particularly well suited to leather.

Plain Black Leather Orders (Standard Sizes Only)
Every single piece we make is handcrafted to order—we do not hold a warehouse of pre-made stock. However, if your plain black, standard-sized item doesn't fit, we will happily accommodate a size swap.
- The Remake: We will hand-make you a replacement size entirely free of charge, or issue a full studio credit note if you prefer.
- Keep It Straightforward: The free remake applies strictly to a straight size swap (e.g., swapping a standard Medium for a standard Large). You cannot add custom measurements, design alterations, or "Special Instructions" to a remake. Any alteration to the pattern itself automatically classifies the piece as personalized.
- Postage: You are responsible for the postage costs to return the original item to our studio, as well as the shipping fees for the new remake.
Coloured, White, & Personalised Items (Strictly Final Sale)
- No Returns or Remakes: All white, coloured, or black perforated leather underwear items are strictly Final Sale.
- Personalised Orders: If you filled out the Special Instructions box at checkout or emailed us custom sizing/design requests on your original order, your item is classified as personalized and is completely ineligible for a return or remake.
Strict Hygiene Regulations for Intimate Wear
Due to the intimate nature of these garments, we enforce a zero-tolerance hygiene policy to protect our workshop:
- Fit Checks: You must wear clean undergarments underneath the piece when trying it on for size.
- Condition: To qualify for a plain black remake, the returned item must be completely unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and entirely free of bodily fluids, stains, marks, cosmetic marks, perfumes, or odours.
- Refusal Rights: If an item arrives at our studio failing any of these standards, the remake will be cancelled, no credit will be issued, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
International Returns (Outside the UK)
You are fully responsible for all return shipping and outward postage costs. The package must be clearly labeled: "UK RETURN — GOODS RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER" with a declared commercial value of exactly £5. Incorrectly labeled packages will be rejected at the UK border and returned to you by the courier.
