Our bras are made-to-order. Submit your band size (e.g., 34) and cup size (e.g., H) from a well-fitting UK-sized bra at checkout. For rare sizes (e.g., 34H), include your underbust measurement for verification. If you don’t have a UK-sized bra, visit a retailer to try on UK bras to determine your size.

Band Size

Measure your underbust (rib cage, horizontal) with a soft measuring tape. Add 4 inches to get your UK band size (e.g., 30" underbust = 34 band). Submit this measurement at checkout to confirm your band size.

Cup Size

Use the cup size (e.g., A, B, H) from a well-fitting UK-sized bra. If you don’t have a UK bra, visit a retailer to try on UK bras to find your size. Due to variations in breast shape and volume, overbust measurements alone are not reliable for determining cup size. For sizing questions, email jules@luxtenebrae.com with your band size and underbust measurement.

Use a soft measuring tape and follow these steps. Wear minimal clothing (e.g., non-padded bra for bras). Watch our Video Tutorial (coming soon).

1. Underbust (Bras): Measure snugly around rib cage, below bust. Add 4" for band size (e.g., 30" = 34 band).Add 10 cm for band size (e.g., 75 cm = 34 band).
2. Cup Size (Bras): Use the cup size (e.g., A, H) from a well-fitting UK-sized bra. If unavailable, visit a retailer to try on UK bras. Overbust measurements are not reliable for cup size due to breast shape variations. For sizing questions, email jules@luxtenebrae.com with your band size and underbust measurement.
3. Bust/Chest: Measure around fullest part of chest.
4. Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
5. Hips/Seat: Measure around fullest part of hips.
6. Crotch Length: From front waist, between legs, to back waist.
7. Crotch Depth: Sitting down, from natural waist to chair.

Submit Measurements: For bras, enter band size (e.g., 34), cup size (e.g., H), and underbust measurement at checkout. For other items, submit bust/chest, waist, and hips as needed. We’ll confirm via email before production.

What if I’m between sizes? Round up or email jules@luxtenebrae.com for advice.

Can I order rare bra sizes like 34H? Yes, provide your band size (e.g., 34) and cup size (e.g., H) from a well-fitting UK-sized bra, along with your underbust measurement, at checkout. If you don’t have a UK bra, visit a retailer to try on UK bras to determine your size.

What if my item doesn’t fit? Black bras may qualify for a size exchange within 14 days; coloured items are non-returnable unless faulty. See Returns Policy.
