If you order from our Outlet or In-Stock range and it doesn't fit, it is easy to return for a full refund. No quibble, no problem. Items must be in pristine, unworn condition. Return instructions are here.

Custom Made (Made-to-Order) — What if it doesn't fit?

These are items we hand-make specifically for you after your order is placed. While "made-to-order" is legally exempt from standard returns, we offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure you get the right fit:

  • Black Leather: Eligible for a size exchange remake or a credit note.
  • Coloured Leather: Strictly Final Sale / Non-Returnable. Please ensure your size is certain before ordering.

The "One Tweak" Rule: We allow for one simple measurement adjustment (e.g., +1" on a waist) as a courtesy. Multiple structural changes, custom linings, or hardware tweaks are classified as Bespoke/Made-to-Measure and require our Bespoke Service add-on.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure — Alterations

Once a Bespoke or Made-to-Measure item has been signed off and delivered, any further changes are treated as a new order. Alterations are charged at £40 per hour plus materials and postage (1 hr minimum).

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any intimate apparel (bras or bottoms) back into the studio for alterations or repairs once they have been worn.

Refunds & Cancellations

Any orders returned or cancelled will be issued a credit note less our actual transaction losses (typically 4.5% Shopify fee) and any costs already incurred (special patterns/fittings).
