Bra Size Charts and Fitting Guide
1. Finding Your Lux Tenebrae Size
Option A: I already know my UK bra size
Order your normal high-street UK bra size.
Option B: I wear different sizes in different brands / I'm unsure of my size
Take a tape measure and measure tightly around your ribcage, directly under your bust (in inches):
- Tape reads 28" → Order UK Band 32
- Tape reads 30" → Order UK Band 34
- Tape reads 32" → Order UK Band 36
- Tape reads 34" → Order UK Band 38
- Tape reads 36" → Order UK Band 40
2. International Cup Conversions
If you purchase outside the UK, convert your standard local cup letter to find your UK equivalent below:

3. The Lux Fit Standard
Our structural patterns are built on these industry standards:
- Cup Sizes A–D: Patterned on Agent Provocateur specifications.
- Cup Sizes D–J: Patterned on Curvy Kate specifications.
- The Golden Rule: Leather has zero give. If you fall between sizes, Size Up. Although our bras feature a powermesh back and triple-clasp closure for flexibility, a bra that is too tight across your back will be uncomfortable. Leather bras do not have as much stretch in them as a regular mesh bra.
4. The "Black First" Strategy
Because coloured leathers are Non-Returnable, we strongly advise all new clients to order their first bra in Black Leather.
This establishes your "Lux Size." If the black version is not perfect, we will exchange it and refine your fit. Once your size is locked in, you can order bespoke colours with total confidence.
