• Returns & Refunds for Promotional Offers: Standard policy applies—full refund for in-stock black items; exchange or credit note for made-to-order or no refund on coloured items. Items purchased as part of a promotion, such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, are subject to adjusted refunds if not all qualifying items are returned.
