Finding Your Lux Size
Our bras are precision-patterned after established industry fit standards to ensure structural support that lasts:

• Cup Sizes A–D: Patterned on the Agent Provocateur fit.
• Cup Sizes D–J: Patterned on the Curvy Kate fit.
• Band Sizes 42–44: Currently available up to G cup (due to component availability).

Fit Tips:

• The "Comfort" Rule: Unlike fabric, leather has no "give." If you are between sizes or prefer a less restrictive fit, always size up. A bra that is too tight is no fun.
• Leeway: Every bra features a high-quality powermesh back and a clasp with at least one inch of adjustment.
• First Timers: If you have never ordered from us before, we strongly recommend starting with a Black bra to confirm your fit before moving to bespoke colours.

Plain Black Orders (Off-the-Peg Sizes)
If your plain black bra doesn't fit, you can return it to us in pristine, unworn condition. To get a different size, simply place a brand new order on the website. For your returned bra, you can choose:

• A Full Credit Note: Issued for 100% of the item's value to use on your new order.
• A Refund: Issued back to your card, minus a 4.5% processing fee (this covers non-refundable banking and Shopify transaction fees).

Personalised & Custom Orders (Strictly Final Sale)
All other bras are custom pieces and are completely non-returnable and non-refundable. Your item is classed as personalised if:

• You requested a custom colour, white leather, or perforated leather.
• You filled in the Special Instructions box at checkout.
• You emailed us custom size, cup, or hybrid design instructions.
  International: Clients are liable for return shipping and the postage of the replacement item.
