Black sizes 30-40 are ready for immediate dispatch. Orders placed before 12 PM usually ship the same day. For UK customers, this often means your leather will arrive in tomorrow's post.

Plain Black Leather (Off-the-Peg Sizes Only)
Because every underwear piece is individually handmade to order, we do not stock alternative sizes to swap out. If your plain black, standard-sized underwear doesn't fit, you can return it to the studio in pristine condition. To secure a different size, simply place a brand new order on the website. For your returned item, you can choose:

• A Full Credit Note: Issued for 100% of the item's value to apply directly to your replacement order.
• A Refund: Issued back to your original payment method, minus a 4.5% processing fee to cover non-refundable banking and Shopify transaction fees.

Coloured, White, Perforated, & Personalised Items

• Strictly Final Sale: Due to the extreme scarcity and bespoke sourcing of these premium hides, all white, coloured, or black perforated leather underwear items are completely non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Personalised Orders: Any item where you filled out the checkout Special Instructions box or emailed custom size/design requests is classed as personalized and is exempt from returns.

Strict Hygiene Regulations for Intimate Wear
Due to the intimate nature of underwear and briefs, we enforce a zero-tolerance hygiene policy to protect our workshop and our clients:

• Fit Checks: You must wear clean underwear underneath the garment when trying it on for size.
• Prerequisites for Approval: To qualify for a plain black return, the item must be completely unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and entirely free of bodily fluids, stains, marks, perfumes, or odours.
• Refusal Rights: If an item arrives at our studio failing any of these standards, the return will be flatly refused, no credit or refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

International Clients (Outside the UK)

• Postage Liability: You are fully liable for all tracked return shipping costs and the postage costs of your replacement order.
• Customs Declarations: Returning packages must be marked precisely as "UK RETURN — GOODS RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER" with a declared commercial value of exactly £5. Any package with incorrect customs labeling will be rejected at the UK border and sent back to you by the courier.
