Ready to Ship
This item is in stock in our studio and ready for immediate dispatch. Orders placed before 12 PM usually ship the same day. For UK customers, this often means your leather will arrive in tomorrow's post.

No-Risk Returns on Ready-Made Stock
Unlike our made-to-order collection, Outlet and "Almost Perfect" items are pre-made stock pieces. If your item isn't right, you can return it for a full refund back to your original payment method, minus a 4.5% processing fee to cover non-refundable banking and Shopify transaction fees (or you can opt for a 100% studio credit note).

• Size Exchanges: Because these are one-off, pre-made pieces, we cannot hand-make a replacement size for you. We can only offer a straight size exchange if the alternative standard size happens to be available in our current Outlet stock.
• Postage: You are responsible for the postage costs to return the item to our studio, as well as the shipping fees for any replacement size dispatched.

Strict Trial & Hygiene Guidelines
Due to the intimate nature of these garments, we enforce a zero-tolerance hygiene policy to protect our studio.

• Fit Checks: Please wear clean undergarments underneath the piece when trying it on for size.
• Condition: Items must be returned completely unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original pristine condition—entirely free of bodily fluids, stains, marks, cosmetic marks, perfumes, or odours.
• Refusal Rights: If an item arrives at our studio failing any of these standards, the return will be flatly refused, no refund or credit will be issued, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

International Orders (Outside the UK)
You are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. To avoid unnecessary and expensive customs charges, you must follow our return instructions strictly. The package must be clearly labeled: "UK RETURN — GOODS RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER" with a declared commercial value of exactly £5. Incorrectly labeled packages will be rejected at the UK border and returned to you by the courier.
