Plain Black Leather Orders (Off-the-Peg Sizes Only)
Many of our plain black, black-lined pieces are kept in stock, though some are handcrafted to order. If your off-the-peg plain all black item isn't quite the right fit, we are very happy to accommodate a size swap or handle a cancellation.

• Size Swaps: To request a replacement size, simply purchase your return postage here, and drop us a quick email to let us know the parcel is on its way along with the new size you require (this allows us to reserve stock or start crafting your replacement right away). Cancellations & Returns: For eligible returned items, you can choose between:
• Full Credit Note: Issued for 100% of the item's value to apply directly to your new size or a future purchase.
• Refund: Issued back to your original payment method, minus a 4.5% processing fee to cover non-refundable banking and Shopify transaction costs.

Keep It Straightforward: Size swaps apply strictly to standard off-the-peg sizes (e.g., swapping a standard 34 for a standard 36). Adding custom measurements, design alterations, or special instructions to a replacement automatically classifies the new piece as bespoke.

Coloured, White, & Personalised Items (Final Sale)

• Coloured & Speciality Leathers: All white, coloured, or black perforated leather underwear pieces are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Personalised Orders: If you provided custom measurements, design adjustments, or special instructions at checkout or via email, your item is classified as bespoke and is completely ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Hygiene Standards for Intimate Wear
Because of the intimate nature of leather garments, we ask that you take extra care when trying on your pieces so we can protect our studio:

• Fit Checks: Please always wear clean undergarments beneath the piece when trying it on for size.
• Condition Requirements: Returned items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks, makeup, perfume, or odours.
• Inspections: If a returned piece arrives showing signs of wear or damage, we will be unable to process the swap or credit, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

International Returns (Outside the UK)
Return shipping and replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure your parcel reaches our studio smoothly without getting held up at customs, the outer package must be clearly labelled:
