Men’s Bra Size Guide
Our men’s bras are made specifically for the male body, with cups spaced further apart to accommodate a broader chest.
To find your size, take two measurements: around your rib cage where the bra band sits, just below the cups, and around the fullest part of your chest.
Your band size
We use the traditional bra-sizing convention, so the labelled band size is approximately four inches larger than your actual rib-cage measurement.
For rib-cage measurements from 36–46 inches, the starting guide is: 36 inches → 40 band; 38 → 42; 40 → 44; 42 → 46; 44 → 48; 46 → 50.
For measurements between these points, check the individual product’s fit range or contact us for help. Our current 46A bra, for example, fits 42–43 inches around the rib cage at the bra band.
Your cup size
Subtract your actual rib-cage measurement from your fullest chest measurement. Do not subtract the labelled band size.
An A cup is a starting point for a difference of approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm). An AA cup is a starting point for a difference of less than 1 inch, typically around 0–½ inch (0–1.25 cm).
These differences are a guide to fit, rather than a guarantee. Check the sizes available and the fit information on each product, and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
