What Happens if a Return Changes Your Tier?

If you return items and your final spend drops below the tier threshold (e.g., from £350 to £240), we'll adjust the discount to the new tier level—no surprises. For example, if it falls below £150, the discount on underwear is removed, and we'll charge the difference (or issue a credit note for the over-discount). Stock black items? Full refund, no quibble. Made-to-order black? Free size exchange or credit note. Coloured? No returns. It's all in our returns policy—we keep it fair and straightforward.
